IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED WHEN YOU COME TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE

Each and EVERY driver must bring the below Identification:

If you have a UK Driving licence:

² Full UK driving licence If you have the new photo card licence you must also bring the A4 counter part as well and at least two other forms of identification, one from each of the following sections:

1. Valid Credit/Debit card OR Passport.
2. Utility Bill (i.e. Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax Invoice) OR Bank statement OR Credit Card Statement.

         ALL bills must be dated within 3  months of the date you collect the vehicle.

If you have an International Driving Licence
(if you have an international licence you must notify us when booking any vehicle)

² Full International Driving Permit/Licence

² Valid Passport AND Credit Card

² Return Flight Ticket

² Bill dated within 3 months of the date you collect the vehicle, from the address you are staying at in the UK. If unable to provide, please contact us.

² A letter from the person you are staying with confirming you have permission to use their utility bill as a proof of address. If unable to provide, please contact us.

PLEASE REMEMBER: IF YOUR IDENTIFICATION PAPERS ARE NOT IN ORDER YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HIRE A VEHICLE.

LICENSE CATEGORIES ENTITLEMENTS: YOU NEED TO HAVE THE CORRECT CATEGORIES ON YOUR DRIVING LICENSE TO DRIVE CERTAIN VEHICLES.

Category B entitles you to drive a up to a 9 seater vehicle and a 35cwt Luton van.

Category D1 entitles you to drive a up to a 17 seater vehicle.

Category C1 entitles you to drive up to a 7.5 ton vehicle.

Identification may vary subject to terms and conditions when booking a vehicle.
