What's Included:

Our Prices are all inclusive of Vat, Insurance, UK Breakdown Cover and Unlimited Mileage.  A FREE Privilege Club Card to the Camping and Caravanning Club offering you member rates on their camp sites, cooking equipment and normal house hold utensils. 1 x gas bottle is all included*.

Deposit Required:

£ 500.00 Security Deposit is required on booking of the vehicle (subject to clean driving licence and festivals)

European Hire:

Quotations available upon request.  Our European prices are all inclusive of European Breakdown Cover, Green Card Insurance and a European Travel Kit.

Minimum Motor Home Rental:

A 4 day minimum hire is available, but in High and Mid Season, Special Events and Bank Holidays etc, it may not be possible to accommodate bookings less than 7 days.  However we will always try - so please contact us on 01708 556237.

When Does Our Season Start and Finish

Winter Season from:      1st November   to 31st March

Low Season  from:          1st April to 31st October

Mid Season from:             1st May to 30th September  - (excluding the 9 days from the 1st to 9th September)

High Season from:            1st June to 9th September   

PLEASE NOTE:

There shall be an extra 10% surcharge on top of the hire when hired on a special event i.e. Glastonbury, V-Festival (any think classed as high risk) etc.  The security deposit and damage excess etc. will also be increased to a minimum of £750.00 (sudject to clean driving licence) for each and every indervidual damage, loss, accident, insurance claim for the inside and outside of the motorhome.

Security Deposit and Excesses

The excess is payable (i.e. £500.00) for each and every individual damage, loss, accident, insurance claim, equipment, inside and the outside of the motorhome and for any incident or other damage etc whilst you have the vehicle to our motorhome or any other item/property/vehicle etc. (example: if you damaged the vehicle twice you would be liable for 2 x £500.00 excess = £1000.)

There is a refundable £500.00 Security Deposit payable by credit or debit card when booking. The amount will be debited from your account immediately. This is fully refundable on return of the vehicle to west’s, on the agreed date and time, in the same condition as it was let out to you, with the toilet empty and the interior clean including all cooking appliances, total damage excess is £500.00.
West’s reserves the right to increase the security deposit for specific events (e.g. sports fixtures, music festivals, etc.) to £750.00 and the total damage excess will be increased to £750.00.

The hirer should be aware that the security deposit will be used to fund any loss or damage what so ever to equipment, fixtures and fittings, windows, tyres or damage to the vehicle inside and out.
If this driver has any points or convictions on their driving licence with-in the last 5 to 11 years or anyone classed as high risk may have a higher deposit/excess.
This deposit in non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or if you fail to collect the vehicle.

15 days to 21 days     ...        5%

22 days to 35 days     ...     7.5%

*Vehicles come with cooking equipment and normal household utensils. The gas bottle included is at the level of what the last hirer left. Vehicles must be returned clean, as found on collection, or cleaning charges of £100.00 will apply.
